Guillermo joined the firm on November 12, 2020. He brings experience on diverse lines of work. He worked for Bank of America’s credit card, real estate, international item processing, and the cash vault units. He gained a vast knowledge of the banking industry. His previous employment was with FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. FINRA is a government-authorized organization that oversees U.S. broker-dealers following SEC (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission) bylaws. At FINRA, Guillermo worked at the Office of Dispute Resolution as a Case Coordinator. It was there where he learned about the legal court system. As a Case Coordinator, he assisted counsel by writing correspondence, process motions, schedule and record meetings, depositions, and hearings, and to publish the case award (judgment).
Guillermo is the Calendar and Records Clerk in our office. He enjoys the family environment that the office offers to its employees. He likes to provide the best customer service possible to our clients and to co-workers. Many clients have expressed their gratitude for his work to him and to the attorneys.
Guillermo has a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Los Angeles in Human and Physical Geography. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a 3.97 GPA. He also has minors in Mathematics and Computer Science.
Outside work, Guillermo enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He loves the outdoors, travel, culture, and music. His favorite band is Rüfüs Du Sol. And one other thing that Guillermo loves to do is going to watch his favorite soccer team play at the Banc of California Stadium, the Los Angeles Football Club, LAFC!
