Jessica Woodard is Billing Administrator for both our Law Office and our property investment company, G&L Properties, and has been a valuable part of team GBP since June of 2021.  She has 15 years’ experience working in both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, over four years’ experience as a legal secretary in the practice areas of civil and drug litigation law, and 11 years’ experience in the aerospace industry.

Among her many passions, Jessica is a loving mother to her four-year-old son, a certified makeup artist, and loves cooking, going to the beach, and family vacations (but, no road trips!).  If you are unsure which desk is hers, just follow your way to the myriad of Starbucks tumblers she religiously collects and displays at her workstation.  She also has assumed the self-appointed role as our office social coordinator, tirelessly volunteering to help purchase supplies to decorate desks for staff birthdays and parties, and contributing to making every office holiday fully decked out!

Guillermo joined the firm on November 12, 2020. He brings experience on diverse lines of work. He worked for Bank of America’s credit card, real estate, international item processing, and the cash vault units. He gained a vast knowledge of the banking industry. His previous employment was with FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. FINRA is a government-authorized organization that oversees U.S. broker-dealers following SEC (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission) bylaws. At FINRA, Guillermo worked at the Office of Dispute Resolution as a Case Coordinator. It was there where he learned about the legal court system. As a Case Coordinator, he assisted counsel by writing correspondence, process motions, schedule and record meetings, depositions, and hearings, and to publish the case award (judgment).

Guillermo is the Calendar and Records Clerk in our office. He enjoys the family environment that the office offers to its employees. He likes to provide the best customer service possible to our clients and to co-workers. Many clients have expressed their gratitude for his work to him and to the attorneys. 

Guillermo has a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Los Angeles in Human and Physical Geography. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a 3.97 GPA. He also has minors in Mathematics and Computer Science.

Outside work, Guillermo enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He loves the outdoors, travel, culture, and music. His favorite band is Rüfüs Du Sol. And one other thing that Guillermo loves to do is going to watch his favorite soccer team play at the Banc of California Stadium, the Los Angeles Football Club, LAFC!

Noemy has extensive experience working in customer and client service. Throughout her career, she has acquired excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with clients by working at different settings such as retail management, hospitals, and most recently The Law Offices of George B. Pacheco & Associates. As a bilingual member of the Law Office, Noemy is proud to help clients with their inquiries in both Spanish & English.

Outside of her role at the Law Office, Noemy also works as a part-time certified respiratory technician. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, dancing , traveling and going to the beach.

Alexa has 20 years of experience in the legal field and has worked on a diverse array of law practice areas. She has worked for both private and governmental entities, which have provided her with a broad perspective of the legal system. Alexa’s areas of practice at the Law Offices of George B. Pacheco and Associates include: Estate & Trust Administrations, Personal Injury, and Criminal. Alexa also is a commissioned Notary Public for the State of California. As a bilingual assistant, she is passionate about helping clients navigate their legal journey in the most enjoyable way possible.

When she is not at the office, Alexa enjoys spending time with her family & pet, reading, music, dancing as well as the outdoors.

Jennifer is a strategist for G&L Properties and the Law Office. She also is an adjunct professor and doctoral student in Evaluation and Positive Organizational Psychology at Claremont Graduate University (CGU). She has a master’s degree in Positive Organizational Psychology and Evaluation from CGU, and bachelor’s degrees in psychology and History from USC. Jennifer has over 16 years of experience working in research, evaluation, and organizational development. She also works as an organizational consultant and program evaluator, and has worked with major brands, such as The Aspen Institute, Dodgers Foundation, San Manuel Band of Mission Indians, The Wonderful Company, UCLA, and Kaiser Permanente, to name a few. Jennifer’s primary research interests are exploring organizational and individual level outcomes associated evaluation capacity building, positive organizational interventions, and change management initiatives that aim to increase organizational improvement and member well-being.

Jennifer is also a wife and mom of three and spends most of her spare time as momager supporting their many extracurricular activities and passions! 

Marc has been employed with our office for over 10 years. He attended high school at Don Bosco Technical Institute High School, where he majored in Computer Science. From there, he attended Whittier College, where he graduated in 3 ½ years with his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and a minor in Scientific Computing. In July 2010, Marc was commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of California, and offers his services in conjunction with Attorney Pacheco. Marc attended Glendale University College of Law and graduated with his Juris Doctor degree in May 2017. He was recognized for top honors in Torts and Professional Responsibilities of Attorneys. His aspiration is to promote to associate counsel in personal injury, civil, worker’s compensation and criminal defense practice upon successfully passing the California Bar Examination.

Marc is currently single and lives in the City of Montebello. Marc was a former Disc Jockey for over 10 years, having played at countless public and private events. He once DJ’d a fundraiser at Danny DeVito and Rhea Pearlman’s Beverly Hills mansion alongside the Jonas Brothers. He continues to enjoy music and sporadically spins for family events. In his free time, he loves to hit the gym, travel to Las Vegas (especially the summer pool parties), loves to try new restaurants, and he is obsessed with his nieces and nephews. Perhaps his biggest passion, however, is the art of movie quoting. He tends to incorporate movie quotes in everyday conversation, often times without the receiving person realizing it!
